Aviatrix is shifting its development strategy to launch a multi-title iGaming metaverse ecosystem. The studio, known for its 2022 flagship crash game, plans to release up to one new title per month.
Co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer Mikalai Pobal stated that the company is moving beyond its initial product to create a shared environment. This new system allows players to transfer progression, rewards, and achievements across different games. The approach marks a strategic departure from the studio's previous focus on a single asset.
Scaling Development Operations
Transitioning to a broader roadmap required significant internal adjustments. Design, marketing, and account management teams have absorbed increased workloads to support the new scope. The studio has hired specialized staff to maintain quality while aiming for a monthly release cadence.
Pobal noted that these new activities are becoming standard routines within the organization.
The original Aviatrix title launched in 2022 and established the studio's reputation through its aircraft theme and social mechanics. The game currently maintains tens of thousands of daily active users and remains a prominent entry in the crash genre.
